Cancellation Policy:
A hunt must be cancelled before March 1st to
collect a refund. Any hunt cancelled after March
1st can transfer the hunt to the next year, if not
it will result in a loss of deposit or monies
surrendered. This is done this way because we have
to pay landowners deposits and we cannot fill
spots that late in the year. We have never had a
problem so far as we work very well with our
hunters and even harder for them when they arrive.
